Acetone Weakens Gloves

Note that acetone will break the gloves down a bit. This also applies to nitrile gloves. Acetone tends to break down plastics, generally. It makes them more prone to tearing when acetone is used. Gloves can be doubled up. Acetone is not toxic, so this is generally not an issue. Resin does not damage the gloves.
